I recently purchased a property in Cecil county and this was the sellers chosen title company. From start to finish communication was clear and frequent. Liberty title during the process took the time to send me an engineered drawing in county record of my plat, and after the sale, followed up with my request to send me the recorded deed at the court. These sound like simple tasks, but in my line of business these tasks sometimes are not always so simple...
I will be using Liberty title in the future for closings. Thanks!
