Liberty Title Services, LLC is a title company that handles real estate settlements. We research the title to a property through a title abstract, which provides a history of the property and its ownership. It is our job to examine the title and clear any liens or claims on the property so that the title remains clear and marketable. We will provide escrow services, conduct the closing, record deed and/or deed of trust, issue title insurance, and obtain necessary releases.
Remote Settlements
Liberty Title understands how busy and chaotic your life can be. We offer several different remote options for your convenience. We offer Remote Online Notarization, and we have a Mobile Notary available for all your needs. We will also travel to do your closings.
